FailedLoginException(Authentication Failed: User inv doesn't exist.)

Hi All,

Our Product Oracle Unified Inventory Management is deployed on the Weblogic.

weblogic version - 9.2MP3.

Customer is facing "<Warning> <com.bea.weblogic.kernel> <000000> <Throwing FailedLoginException(Authentication Failed: User inv doesn't exist.)>"" exception whenever he tries to login to UIM UI.

Any pointers for the error?
