Oracle Forms 11.1.2.1.0 Enabling SSL

Hi All

I am currently looking to configure SSL for my Oracle Forms 11.1.2.1.0 (also using WebLogic Server 10.3.6). One of the pointers in the link below is to configure SSL for Web Cache. When I go in to my Fusion Middleware Control console there is no Web Cache instance in the left navigation pane.

Using Oracle Forms Services with the HTTP Listener and Oracle WebLogic Server

Do you know if Web Cache is a required component for SSL to be enabled? Or, is it more of a general point i.e. "If you have Web Cache configured.......then you must enable it for SSL."
