R12.1.3 : Language patches for Spanish and italian

Hi,

We have enabled Italian and Spanish languages long back and applied translation synchronization patches after enabling.

But due to some reasons after that we have applied only US language patches. Now if we apply only translation patches for Spanish and Italian will it be ok?

Please suggest us.
