Delete Requisition with authorization status "In Process" and close code "Finally Closed"?

Hi All,

I am looking to delete one requisition which has the authorization status "In Process" and the close code as "Finally Closed", it seems the user has finally closed the requisition not knowing the functional implications.

I have looked at the purge program but it purges a number of records rather than an individual requisition.

Is there a manner in which I could delete this one requisition?
