How to know windows userid has been used in Oracle

Hi,

I have Oracle 11G 11.1.0.6.0.  Working on Windows 2008 32 bit. My query has Our Server team as provided one windows id (i.e "IILADMIN"  ).Is this window id has been used in ORACLE for any activity.

How to find such user id has been used in ORACLE or not?
