Error in invoking target 'ntcontab.o' of makefile '/u01/oracle/Middleware/oms/network/lib/ins_net_cl

Hi,

I am in the middle of installing OEM Cloud Control 12c on HP_UX Itanium server. During the link phase, the error pop up:

"Error in invoking target 'ntcontab.o' of makefile '/u01/oracle/Middleware/oms/network/lib/ins_net_client.mk'. See '/u01/oracle/oraInventory/logs/installActions<timestamp>.log' for details.

I check the log file and see:

"Internal Error: Codeword file /opt/aCC/newconfig/aCC.cwd,/opt/aCC/newconfig/ansic.cwd missing or empty."

Our HP_UX v11.31 Itanium has installed a not licensed aC++ Complier bundle (for evaluation), so we don't have the required file.
