Tracing a "JDBC Thin Client" session

Does anyone know how to trace a session when "Program=JDBC Thin Client" and 'Module=JDBC Thin Client" and "Service_Name=SYS$USERS" (This is what shows up in v$session).

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
