Need advice on integrating JDE with Demantra

Need some thoughts/opinion on the following Demantra architecture with JDE.  Background: 1. Mid size company (250m), with huge growth potential by acquisition. 2. We are implementing JDE (E1) suites. 3. Order Management will be performed by 3PL which may not be part of JDE's full implementation. 4. We are also implementing Demantra (DM, AFDM suites only). 5. We do not yet have license to ODI/ASCP. 6. Very small IT footprint. We are planning on integrating Demantra with JDE as a standalone, rather than using ODI via ASCP. The reasons are: 1.
