Creating PO (Punch Out System)

Hello

Has anyone using Punch Out process via E1 using Business Services to create Purchase Order... I am looking for any document or steps on creating Business Service in E1 to communicate third party ecommerce site (shopping Cart) for creating PO's.. Any help would be appreciated?
