Moving an HFM installation to an external data center

We are being asked what it would take to move one of our existing HFM environments (EPM/HFM/FDM/FR, 4 servers, SQL DB) to an externally hosted solution provider.  The new solution provider will require us to use new server names and IP addresses.  Basically take the environment we have today and move it to an external solution provider.

 

Is that possible with HFM?  How would we reconfigure the environment to pick up the new server names and IP addresses?
