Broker Configuration File Creation Issue

Hi All Experts.

I have configured DataGuard 10gR2 10.2.0.4 with ASM and my ASM instance is 11gR2 11.2.0.3. until before broker configuration every thing is fine. but when i go and started the broker configuration then only on standby site having problum for dg_broker_config_file2 file only. meaning dg_broker_config_file2 is not creating where as dg_broker_config_file1 is created and i m putting both files on same directory. even i changed the Path but still same issue . on primary is fine. but standby throwing error unable to find the file.

please help me why is this so happening.
