sample embedded BI Pub RTF Templates

does Oracle have samples of advanced embedded 8.98 BI Pub RTF Templates that can be downloaded.

I'm looking for templates that may have single or multiple page output (using different footers for single page vs multi page).  Also looking for a sample templates which contain borders that span the whole page even when the table only contains a couple of rows of data or spans multiple pages. 

I have a way todo this by counting data row output and then displaying/hiding blanks rows to fill the page - the method works nicely for single page output; but gets complicated for multi-page output - hoping to find a cleaner approach.  I would have used Word Continuous Section Break with Border feature; however, BI Pub does not support continuous section breaks.
