Upgrading Window 2008-R2-64 on a dataguard system

I recently have a project that will require to upgrade the Windows 2008-R2-64(standard) to Window 2008-R2-64(Enterprise).

My concern is, on the host servers(a total of three), I have Oracle database running primary role in one host and on the other two, they are running in standby role.  They are configured with dataguard  using Oracle 11g(11.2.0.1.0) 64bits.

My question is, if I need to upgrade the OS to Windows Enterprise, should I start with the primary, or does it matter?  What is the best practice approach on this one?  Those servers are at my disposal, I could allow downtime on this project.
