BI Publisher Admin issue

Hello,

I'm am using BI Publisher for the first time and successfully performed some admin tasks (set up data sources, delivery options, etc.) in our DEV environment.

However when trying the same tasks in PROD, any link I click on the admin page gives this error:  Your request was denied as you have no permission to access the data

I am logged in as weblogic and it has admin privileges.

Any ideas?
