Baseline Line Dates (Early Finish and Finish)differ in Update

I work in construction management and do a lot of schedule reviews, part of my review is to list the activities that were scheduled to start prior to the current data date but did not

However i am having an issue with the some of the dates not matching up

For example the baseline (update No. 3) indicates an early finish and a finish of 14-Apr-14 (see baseline attachment) for Activity #1320 "Class 3 Excavation - Abutment 1"

However the baseline dates in the current update (update no.4) indicate a early finish of 14-Apr-14 and a finish date of 8-Apr-14 for Activity #1320 (see Update 4 attachment)
