we are trying to apply the 12.1.3 latest RPC (17774755), It has two pre-reqs

why do we need the language patches for AD ? I don't see for previous releases. when I try to apply the language patches for PTB and ESA they are failing.

Do we really need the language patches for AD ?

Applying it, has the following errors

well, I did try . But ad patch is failing when I try to apply that . It is failing.
