Missing System parameters in Demantra after upgrade from 7.3.1 to 12.2.3

in Demantra Solutions - EBS (MOSC) Question

We did an upgrade of Demantra from 7.3.1 to 12.2.3. After the upgrade, I noticed that the new system parameters, which are supposed to be available in 12.2.3 are not available.
