Copy of production for Webcenter Content

Hi All, Our environment in Production is Web center Content 11.1.1.6 and we would like to have a copy of production. We have enabled framework folders and Desktop integration suite in component manager (folders section).

We have to bring in the folder structure , configuration and content to the new content server which is stage environment which is already configured to look like production.

Is there method I can go by cloning the database and copy the web layout/vault directory and bring in the configuration using  "Configuration migration Utility"  or "Achiever"?

Can you please guide me to any document that will give steps to clone the WCC environment?
