Hello,

Is there a way to ship parts  (defective parts) along with Repaired device in Depot Repair .

Scenario: Customer send defective device to Depot (service center) for repair and request that any parts replaced need to be shipped along with the device.

Device is received in Depot. Technician works on the device in Technical Portal. First issue the device to the repair job operation. Does the analysis.

Find that hard drive need to be replaced. Issue new part to the job and fix it. At the same time recover the defective item to his (technician subinventory).

Wondering if there is any way or suggestion how this recovered part can be added to the repair RMA/sales order to be shipped along with the device.
