How to carry a DFF field from Reg Header to Po Header?

All,

I have created a DFF on the requisition header, this will populate column attribute2 in po_requisition_headers_all. I have also created the same for PO header, column attribute2 in po_headers_all. MOS states that there is no direct relations ship from Req header to PO header so use a 'after or before insert' trigger. Anyone have an idea of how to do this? I have tried the below code but get an application error after selecting automatic then Create in the AutoCreate screen, this error only appears when I turn this trigger on.

APP-PO-14090: Document was not created.
