Admin Menu (29) not available pop up message

Hi, i got an error - pls see attached.  FYI,  i created new user role - ITrole and assign it to my userIDa...Then i used menu filtering to assign E1 menus to userIDa...then select ITrole role  and saved it.

After that I created solution explorer security to have all the options changed to "secured"  for that userIDa...

Then i login to solution explorer an found above error message...

If i removed the solution explorer security for userIDa...it will be back to normal.

pls advice how to apply menu filtering for my user....
