Manage Taskflow Internet Explorer cannot disply the web page in HFM

Hi,

We are using 11.1.1.3 version when users  are opening manage task flow in hfm they are  getting Internet Explorer cannot disply the web page Error message ,If we reboot the application server then we are able to login manage taskflow,

could you please let me know the solution asap,
