Is there any way to restrict Supplier and Supplier Site on the basis on Inventory Organziation?

Is there any way to restrict Supplier and Supplier Site on the basis on Inventory Organziation? in Oracle Standard we can only restict supplier sites on the basis of Supplier Sites, can any body know work around of it?
