Is it possible to create a PPR by API OraPmtReq?

Hi,

User has done the payment in the EXTERNAL system, and we would like to create a Payment Process Request in AP payment (R12.1) based on the data they already did in external system. Is it possible to create a payment process request using the API OraPmtReq ? Thanks
