Same product is showing as Ceased and Added in Line item

Dear Experts,

In Asset based ordering scenario (Modify Quote/Order) when in the econfigurator if i unselect the existing asset product and selecting back and after i click on done then 2 records are created . one with Ceased and One with Add. Is there any way to avoid this type of Line item creation ?

I know this is the expected behaviour of Seibel , but still can we avoid this ?
