TNS-01190 in RAC

Hi All,

  We are receiving the below error in listener (RAC- 11.2.0.3) and the application is receiving TNS:protocol adapter error . The application was working fine and all of understand facing the below issue.

TNS-01190 doesn't relate .Please let me know the areas to debug.

TNS-01190: The user is not authorized to execute the requested listener command

TNS-12554: TNS:current operation is still in progress

TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

TNS-00524: Current operation is still in progress

Linux Error: 115: Operation now in progress
