Inventory movement is not matching with subledger value.?

Hello experts,

Plz provide me solution on->

While doing - OPM Inventory Balance Reconciliation for period MAY-13

Inventory movement is not matching with subledger values.

and when i tried for item wise -analysis for reconcilition, following query gives blank output---->

e.g .select * from gl_item_cst where inventory_item_id = 15 and organization_id in (86) and period_id in (139)

        

       why so??
