Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Now-a-days its a major or common requirement of having a transaction level limit.

Example:

Buy for 100$ and get 5$off on transaction.

Buy for 300$ and get 40$ off on transaction.

How are these kind of requirements tackled in real time.
