Hello,

we applied patch "18120913: Oracle Procurement Recommended Patch Collection " as per recommendation from SR

The patch application failed in the following two workers

FAILED: file icxblknt.wft on worker  1.

FAILED: file POSSPAPM.wft on worker  2.

error on worker 1 /
