Upgrade Repository for Weblogic

Hello,

I have BI Publisher with Weblogic.  I am upgrading the databases and one repository.  I am new to Weblogic and BI Publisher and the new community page. 

I need to change the name of the repository for Weblogic (or I think, it is a repository for weblogic).  Would any one know how to change the repository oracle_sid?

I am not sure how to find the version of weblogic.  The database/repository current version is 11.2.0.1 and upgrading to version 11.2.0.3
