Terminate a report or query in Agile

Does anyone know of a way to terminate a specific report or query running in Agile.  We have two reasons for needing this.

• Periodically we'll run into major performance problems from a bad query.  Even when we know the report and user name, we still have no way to find or terminate the background process.
• If a user inadvertently kicks off a large report they don't want there's no known way to terminate it.  Because of our report rule settings, they then continuously get the "Already running an instance of this report" message.
