Facing an issue with balancing segment values. following is the error message from the log file of General Ledger Accounting Setup Program

>> GL_FLATTEN_LEDGER_SEG_VALS.Error_Check() 19-APR-14 11:55:21

FLAT0003: Segment value 31009 has been assigned to the ledger BBSS Ledger more than once for a given date range.

Can some one let me know whats the issue is and where in accounting setups have i done a mistake which resulted in the above error.
