Siebel Server Not Starting

Hi All,

    I have installed a fresh Siebel server with 8.1.1.10 and RH Linux 6.2. Gate way is running fine.

While starting the siebel server, The server is not getting started.

While running list_server all, I am getting this Error

Siebel Server "SIEBSRVR" (Enterprise "SBA_82")

started at Sun Apr 20 18:53:49 2014, pid: 1992 (Service process is not running), autostart: no

I am gettting this Error. Please suggest.
