Upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3

Hi,

I am in the process of prepping for a post upgrade scenario currently and am changing the upgraded Tax regime to define a new regime and use it going forward.

Should I end-date the old regime? I have end-dated the OU Owning Tax content definition already as part of the note Doc ID 1062897.1.
