User does not exist. Disappeared from the BM

Hi All,

7.3.0.2

We have seeing a few scenarios when existing users are complaining that they cannot loginto Demantra. When we investigate we cannot see the user in the Business Modeler.

This is happening when the Windows server hangs or bounced.

Any idea why this happens. We have to recreate the user and we are unable to explain why this is happening?

Please advice how to debug this issue. Thanks
