how to apply patch 18313903

i have to apply patch 18313903 according doc id 1532970.1 for amp. but i am not able to apply this opatch.

according to patch readme----

Set the PLUGIN_HOME Environment Variable:

PLUGIN_HOME=<Middleware Home>/plugins/oracle.apps.ebs.oms.plugin_12.1.0.2.0

export PLUGIN_HOME

but on my instance i have not file oracle.apps.ebs.oms.plugin_12.1.0.2.0

[oradev@deverp plugins]$ ls

backup

oracle.sysman.db.oms.plugin_12.1.0.5.0

oracle.sysman.emas.oms.plugin_12.1.0.5.0

oracle.sysman.mos.oms.plugin_12.1.0.5.0

oracle.sysman.xa.oms.plugin_12.1.0.5.0

tmp

[oradev@deverp plugins]$ pwd

/d02/12c_grid_control/middleware/plugins

[oradev@deverp plugins]$

so i am not able to set plugin path to the above mention directory.
