Opportunity Sales Stage & Service Request History
Does a report built on Sales Stage History subject area track repetition of same sales stage?
What I mean is for e.g. I have sales stages
- 1st Contact
- Deal
- Closed/Won
- Closed/Lost
If the Oppty moves from 1st Contact to Deal, ETL will keep track of the # of days.
IF I move back to 1st Contact after 30 days, will the report show the 2nd set of days for the 1st Contact stage after Deal or simply overwrite the previous value for "# of days"
I basically want a Linear Time representation of what stages followed in what order (to monitor if people keep jumping around rather than follow the sale process)
