Need Suggestion for Applying CPU Patches for April 2014

Hello Support,

We have explored for CPU patches for Oracle Database & EBS.

Below is the analysis for CPU patches for APR-2014 CPU.

Oracle Database 11.2.0.3

Reference Doc : Patch Set Update and Critical Patch Update April 2014 Availability Document (Doc ID 1618213.1)

1. PSU 11.2.0.3.10 (Patch 18031683)

Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3

Reference Doc: Oracle E-Business Suite Releases 11i and 12 Critical Patch Update Knowledge Document (April 2014) (Doc ID 1614525.1)

1. Patch 17631895

Kindly provide CPU patch for the below mentioned Fusion Middleware version as this version is not included in this CPU ?

2. Fusion Middleware 10.1.2.3.0

3. Fusion Middleware 10.1.3.0.0

Kindly suggest us whether we should apply these patches?

Also let us know the impact on post -application of these patches on Oracle EBS and Database in terms of functionality?
