Where are the database connections stored in P6 v7?

I want to modify the file that contains the remembered connections in P6 v7 for all of our Citrix users. In 8.3 I believe its in a bootstrap file. I thought I could just add the connection to DBXConnections under ~\Borland shared\dbexpress but its doesn't display. Where are these remembered connections stored?
