Enable SSL issue

Hi Gurus, we are on BI Publisher 11.1.1.7 and are trying to enable SSL

We have generated new certificate and registerd it as part of enabling ssl for BI Publisher. Then once we restarted the servers we see that the old certificate is still beeing refered. Any thoughts are appreciated. Also can you please point me to document with complete steps.

I am refering the "Oracle Fusion Middleware  Security Guide for OBIEE 11g release (11.1.11) E10543-08
