Custom Object 5 relation with Opportunity

Hi, I am customizing a relationship between Custom Object 5 with Opportunity, In UI everything looks good, however when I

try to create a report, using Advanced Custom Object Subject Area, even a simple report, my report comes out blank.

can anyone tell me what I could be doing wrong ?
