CRS 11.2.0.2.0, RDBMS 11.2.0.4 ?

Hello Team We need to upgrade database version from 11.2.0.2.0 to 11.2.0.4 in a Rac environment. The CRS version is also 11.2.0.2.0. Do we need to upgrade GI as well? or we can just upgrade the RDBMS binaries.
