Payment Application Error

Is anyone having issues with payment application after Unifier Version 9.9.3 HF 22 rolled out April 12th. We are having
issues with pre-populated fields such as Unit Cost, Unit of Measure and Quantity displaying the same value for all line items. This in turn shows wrong values on all formula (calculated) fields like work completed current etc....

Any help would be greatly appreiciated.
