R.12.1.3: Ability to use the same serial number to create multiple RO

Dear All,

We notice that in R.12.1.3 Depot Repair lets us use the same serial number within the same Service Request under multiple items and multiple Repair Orders.

To provide an example:

1. Create RO using Item ABCD and SN 1234

2. Pop-up to 'Add to IB' or 'Save As Is' comes up. Add SN 1234 to IB and a new Item Instance gets created as intended.

3. Now, create one more RO using item EFGH and SN 1234

4. Pop-up to 'Add to IB' or 'Save As Is' comes up. Add SN 1234 to IB and a new Item Instance gets created.

This is contrary to the behaviour in 11.5.10.2 wherein the system does not let us perform the aforementioned scenario. Any attempt to do so, throws the FRM-2012: Invalid value for Reference field error.
