WHY THE INVOICE HAS 2 TAX LINES

I have defined a tax regime with 2 taxes ,onr is for input and the other is for output.

I have a legal entity with 2 operating units , and each ou has one tax profile.

in order to test the tax , I create an invoice in PAYABLES but the invoice line value is 100.

after calculating tax ,there are 2 tax lines for the invoice

I want to know why this happened.
