Service Request - Org Specific Customers

Hi All,

we are using the Ebusiness Suite Version R12.1.2, Teleservice module. While creating the Service Request we are able to select the customers from all the Operating Units i.e., Customer site from different operating unit which is other than MO:Operating Unit set at Teleservice responsibility level. The requirement is we want to restrict the service agents in selecting the customers from other OUS. We tried to take the baseline Note: How to Make Customer, Account, Bill to and Ship to Addresses Filtered by Organization in Depot Repair (Doc ID 1348826.1) and followed the same approach so that Customer Name LOV Record Name is personalized using the form personalization but we are getting the error "FRM-41826: Cannot replace group;columns don't match LOV' ,
