Applying 16000686 gives me error FAILED: file beperpsd.sql failed on worker 1.

Applying 16000686 gives me error

FAILED: file beperpsd.sql failed on worker 1.

I tried to run adctrl and restart the worker. Still it does not go forward after 1/2 hr and status of worker showing FAILED in adctrl.

I have applied patch 14069503 and 17203944 as per known issues and note id : 1549442.1 before I apply 16000686

Please let me know what to do.
