ogg capture scn not getting updated

Hello Experts,

In one of gg env , we are seeing that ogg capture processes created is not updating the scn no  from long time . which is holding the RMAN from deleting the achivelog.

We are using classic extract process with logretrention(gg version 11.2) . There are 3 capture process but only one od the capture process scn is current , the other 2 are behind.

Is there a way we can check if my extract is register properly for logretention like 'info' and also know the reason for this issue.
