Configuration Parameter for JAS 1263583.1

Hi, i was wondering if there is a parameter to restrict the E1 web user to open 3 or 4 program windows screen in IE windows instead of  windows screen.

Currently they can have up to 5 open program screen in IE...

pls advice if there is workaround on this
