How to invoke Business Service Method from PM/PR

Hi Team,

We are facing issue with siebel 8.1.1.11 (patchset 5) full compile srf (application "Siebel Universal Agent") while invoking Business Service Method from PM file or PR file.

The same is working fine in 8.1.1.9 environment.

The issue can be reproduced with vanilla srf invoking vanilla Business Service method as well.

Already Tried as below workarounds:

2. Open UI - How to get values in output property set when invoking A BS Service From Presentation Mode/Physical Renderer? (Doc ID 1556946.1)

3. "CRA Generic WEB" --> Enabled "Help - About Record" and compiled.
